Transport the film into the mold cavity through a film feeder, and then seal the film in the mold cavity using a pressure plate; Vacuumize the cavity to allow the membrane to adhere to the surface of the cavity; Double mold injection molding transfers the pattern on the back of the film to the surface of the product. The surface can achieve decorative effects of various textures, and multiple decorative effects can be achieved simultaneously on one product. The cost advantage is relatively obvious for products produced in large quantities.
